Design Benefits
The use of a wrist support is helpful to maintain a neutral position of the wrist and hand when both keying and resting. Avoid Extension and Deviation positions.

The wrist support pad thickness should be about the same height as the space-bar on your keyboard.

Your elbows should hang freely, directly below your shoulders. Elbow height should match wrist support height so that your fore-arms are horizontal.
