The use of a document holder is particularly important for people who need to refer to any paperwork when keying.
We believe the best position for copy to be placed is in between the screen and keyboard so that the neck-spine alignment is
true, rather than looking to the left or right.
Also this position is in the prime visual area so that your natural gaze falls onto it. This has the added benefit of placing
your computer screen at a minimum distance away bringing both copy and screen to a relevant focal length from the
eye.
The top of the screen should be no higher than eye level and lower if possible.
